The Forward
First things first, thank you so much for your interest in BOMM Tours and what we have to offer. On this page, you’ll find our pricing and packages (pretty obvious) as well as how to move forward in our booking process.
A few questions to keep in mind as you look through your options:
Are you okay with providing a host with the subsequent books in a series if given proof of that host’s review?
Do you have swag related to your book or author brand and would you be willing to send some to bookstagrammers to say thank you for hosting your book? (They will also feature these materials in their photo.)
Will you have physical copies of your book available to send to larger IG influencers as well as BOMM Staff?
Are you okay with providing a certified BookFunnel link to influencers who are promoting your book on tour?
Instagram Tours with Book of Matches Media will help you team up with our proven and ever-expanding (1,200+) network of #bookstagram influencers to give your book tons of social exposure!
In order to organize such an undertaking for your project, we require at least 2(ish) months in advance to get your tour up and running.
One more note: tours tend to work really well paired with some kind of giveaway, so be thinking about that when you inquire. (We can chat about it, though, if you book with us and need help. We’ve got lots of ideas!)
The Fine Print
As The Author, You Will Be Required To…
Send Book of Matches Media (2) physical copies of your book at the time of its release (our address will be provided.) We often want to continue promoting the authors we work with, and as bookstagrammers ourselves, these copies help us create content that benefits both us and the author.
You will also have the option of sending an additional physical copy for use in promotional* giveaways, bundles, etc. that Book of Matches Media will run from time to time. We see this as a simple way to continue our relationship and to build each other up.
Post across your social media and newsletter about your upcoming tour with us. (This also gives you fresh content to share with your readers.)
Give a shout-out to the bookstagrammers who hosted your book in some form. This could be in several different ways:
post a few photo collages put together of everyone’s pictures and tagging all of the hosts as well as BOMM
share each hosts’ post (and tag us and them) in your IG story or on your page, etc. (Get creative with this! People love seeing beautiful photos and it makes your book look more enticing when it’s on display!)

By filling out this form, it does not guarantee you a tour. As a company, we will discuss and decide if you’re a good fit for us based on the content and the cover of your book.
*Nothing will be done promotionally with your book that you don’t give permission for first.
Act 1: The Cover Reveal
Introduce Your New Release With a Splash
Remember how we mentioned that your cover is your marketing’s greatest asset? This is what we mean! Audiences LOVE cover reveals, and hosts love sharing “firsts”—a match made in heaven. Our Cover Reveal Tour features your book being shared on the day of your choice by a minimum* of 20 influencers.
All hosts will share your new cover along with the blurb, a pre-order link, and any other details you would like shared, like perhaps a preorder incentive and/or sale. They will tag you in their post and their story. We ask that you are willing to provide an eARC of your book to the host as a thank you for joining in, or some type of swag item if you would rather share those instead.

*Since any of our hosts may sign up for Cover Reveals, authors usually end up with 40-60+ bookstagrammers involved in their tour. Talk about a major bang for your buck!
Act 2: The ARC / Review Tour
Get Those Reader Reviews You Need To Climb The Ranks
(NOTE: Must book a minimum of 2 months in advance of release unless the book is already published, or be willing to accept reviews after your publication date.)
We put this tour call out to all our bookstagrammers and take as many as are willing to sign up*. They will read your book and review it on Amazon and Goodreads. They’ll also post 2 photos featuring your book—one when they start reading the book (featuring all your promo or release information) and one when they’ve finished the book and have their review ready to share with their followers. They will also occasionally share their reading progress in their stories and some hosts will cross-post to TikTok!
But What About That Wonderful Audio?
Same deal, only not so “ARC”—bookstagrammers will post 2 photos with info about your currently available audiobook as well as posting their review to Audible (or your platform of choice) and Goodreads when they’ve finished.

*All hosts are thoroughly vetted and sign an NDA for all information provided to them.
Act 3: The Standard Tour
Release or Relaunch Your Book in Style
Our flagship service, the Standard Release/Relaunch Tour is perfect for any sale/promotion/new release you want to be shared, along with a purchase link, blurb, and giveaway information. Designed to fit any budget, our tours run between 4 and 14 days in total depending on how many hosts we have sign up.

Epilogue: Other Tours
Book Trailer Reveal
A minimum of 20 hosts will pose a creative photo with the cover of your book as well as sharing the trailer in the second photo of their post (they will have their followers swipe left to see the Book Trailer Reveal.) They will also share the trailer in their stories for 24 hours.

Sale/Promotional Blitz
We can put together a custom tour around your sale or promo using any of the Standard Tour options or a one-day special.
